We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction and would really apperciate any suggestions or comments you may have. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Acceptance of your order will be confirmed via email shortly after receipt and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place under these terms and condiitions. If, for any reason, we do not accept your order or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason you will be advised via email. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


All our online payments are processed by Worldpay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group and one of the leading Companies supplying secure online payment transactions on a global basis. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and most well known credit cards.

We can also accept credit card details on the phone if you prefer or with a cheque made payable to 'The Beautiful Box Co.'

Shipping And Handling


When your order is ready to be dispatched, an email will be sent advising you that your order is on it's way and by which delivery method as follows:

UK MAINLAND

We only use a courier now with effect from 1st April 2013 as Royal Mail have significantly increased their prices way beyond that of our couriers who also offer a guaranteed next day delivery.

We use Interlink express couriers to ship our products on a guaranteed next day service.. The couriers send an email to customers on the morning of delivery advising a one hour deliver. You have the option of changing the delivery time or putting a delivery instruction onto the order (ie leave with number 5 etc) If no one is home when the parcel is delivered a card will be left and you can call or text to arrange a redelivery. Please note that Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday only. If you do not contact the couriers within the 5 days timeframe, the goods are returned to us and to have the item rebooked for a new delivery will involve a charge of £12.00


UK OFFSHORE AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Island, the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight,Channel Islands)

a) For most orders, we still use Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Delivery Service (despite the dramatic increase in Royal Mails's prices in April 2013) which requires a signature on receipt. - This service is charged as following:

Single standard box or guest book - £6.75
Single large box - £9.25
Single XL box - £10.00
2 standard boxes - £10.00


b) For UK Offshore deliveries of our Wedding Dress Boxes and 2 or more large, XL or dress boxes, where it is essential to use a Courier, a charge of £20.00 must be made to cover the cost - this applies to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.

Custom made boxes and large orders requiring courier delivery will be quoted on individually.

International deliveries can be made, please see the countries specified at checkout or email us for a quote.

Delivery Schedule

All orders are processed immediately and we aim to dispatch standard orders within 5-7 working days. Orders requiring customisation with names etc may take longer at busy times of year (Summer, Christmas etc) and although we always aim for our 5-7 working days schedule, your order may take up to 14 days for delivery. We use either Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service or our Courier Company depending on the destination of the order.

Our express delivery option ensures orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email advising you when and how it is being sent. You should expect delivery usually the next day but it may take up to 3 days.

All items are subject to availability.

If items are out of stock, dispatch may be delayed. You will, however, be notified of this as soon as possible.

All orders will be delivered to the address specified at the time of ordering.

All deliveries must be signed for.

If you need your item by a specific date, please email us to ensure we meet your deadline.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

We currently apply 20.% VAT to all vat applicable items - some items we stock are exempt and on these orders VAt is not applied.

Credit Card Security

Your credit/debit card will be charged when you place your order.

The Beautiful Box Co do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

You may return an item during our 30 day guarantee period providing it is still in it's original packaging and in its original condition for a full refund of the cost of the order less postage charges and less the administration charge of £2.00 for a credit card refund or £1.50 for a cheque refund. Alternatively you may exchange for another product.

Return postage costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error by The Beautiful Box Co.

When returning items, we recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate fromt the Post Office as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

Any items which arrive with you in a damaged condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt in order and an image of the damage sent to us via email or text . We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

If you are returning an unwanted item to us the item/s must be well packed in order to avoid damage in transit. If damage occurs during a return, the customer is responsible for claiming their costs back from Royal Mail or the courier they have used. The Beautiful Box Co cannot refund items which arrive back to us in a damaged condition.
